The Delco Center site, located at 4601 Pecan Brook Drive in ¹û¶³´«Ã½app, Texas, is over 45 acres in size. The facility features a versatile 5,000-seat arena and a fully equipped conference room and over the years has hosted sporting events, business meetings and community gatherings.
The Delco site represents more than just a parcel of land — it serves as a gateway to broader educational, economic, and community opportunity. As the region faces continued growth and change, it is critical that publicly owned real estate be guided by thoughtful planning, community engagement, and an unwavering focus on long-term benefit to students and families.
In June 2025, the ¹û¶³´«Ã½app ISD Board of Trustees entered into an interlocal agreement with , a mission-driven Local Government Corporation and 501(c)(3) nonprofit established by the City of ¹û¶³´«Ã½app, to conduct a needs assessment for the Delco site. Rally will conduct a multidisciplinary planning process that synthesizes background, site conditions, market context, community priorities, and development potential into a clear and actionable vision. This work will culminate in a comprehensive summary of findings and set of next-step recommendations to guide future phases of development.
