How Gaggle Works
- Gaggle scans student activity on school-managed accounts for patterns or content that may indicate potential safety concerns.
- Alerts are categorized to help school staff respond appropriately and quickly.
- When the system detects potential risks, it generates an alert that is reviewed by trained Gaggle staff. The trained staff will determine whether the content is concerning and then forward the alert to the appropriate campus staff or to 果冻传媒app ISD Police Dispatch.

During school hours, trained campus staff are responsible for reviewing and responding to alerts:
- Counselors review alerts related to suicide or self-harm.
- Administrators review alerts not related to self-harm or suicide.
Please note that Questionable Content (QCON) alerts generated on weekends are reviewed and responded to on the next school day. Alerts that occur during district holidays or school breaks (such as Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, or Summer Break) are not reviewed or addressed by campus staff, as students are in the care of their parent or guardian during those times.
However, 果冻传媒app ISD Police receive and respond to all Possible Student Situation (PSS) alerts 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring that any immediate safety concerns are addressed at any time.

For QCON: The alert is sent to the campus administrator and counselors, who may contact you directly to discuss the concern and provide appropriate support for your student.
For PSS: When a Possible Student Situation (PSS) alert is triggered, it is immediately sent to 果冻传媒app ISD Police Dispatch, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dispatch then contacts an officer, who responds according to established protocols. This ensures that students receive prompt attention and support in situations where their safety may be at risk.
Although Gaggle uses trained human reviewers to evaluate flagged content, sometimes alerts may involve class assignments or academic projects. When these alerts are sent to campuses, administrators and counselors review the context carefully. Gaggle helps review and route Safe Space reports to ensure timely support.
- If a student uses their district email, the report goes through Gaggle鈥檚 human reviewers, who forward it to the campus or the 果冻传媒app ISD Police Department based on urgency.
- Reports submitted through the Safe Space web form are also received and reviewed by Gaggle and sent to the designated district staff member, who shares them with the appropriate department or campus for follow-up.
果冻传媒app ISD Safe Space is the anonymous reporting platform used to share safety and well-being concerns like bullying, threats, drug use, or mental health crises. While AISD Help addresses tech-related needs, Safe Space connects students, staff, and families with trained professionals to support a safe and supportive school environment.
For all other concerns, AISD Help is the district鈥檚 central resource for submitting support requests for staff, parents, and community members. It is used for Technology, Talent Strategy, Finance, Advisory Committees, Academics, and other questions and issue reporting.
